Local Pickup & Shipping Policy

Local Pickup (In-Store): You can choose to pick up your repaired device or orders directly from our store in Liverpool. Most local orders or repairs are ready within 1 to 2 business days. We will notify you via email or phone as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Shipping: For shipped items, orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the UK usually takes 2 to 4 business days.
